Pricing Policy

OnomaAI Inc. operates the paid product pricing and billing standards for the insertoon service as follows.

1. General Principles

1. Paid products in the service are divided into one-time coin products and recurring subscription products.
2. All prices are displayed in Korean won (KRW).
3. Unless otherwise stated, prices are presented on a VAT-inclusive basis.
4. The Company may change product composition, pricing, benefits, payment methods, and service periods as needed for operations and will announce material changes in advance.
5. For one-time coin products, service availability begins immediately after payment. For subscription products, availability begins at the start of each billing cycle.
6. One-time coin products are valid for one year from each payment date.
7. If the same account purchases one-time coin products multiple times, each transaction may have its own validity period.
8. Expired one-time purchase coins lapse automatically and cannot be used or restored afterward.
9. Subscription coins included in subscription products are granted anew for each billing cycle and may be used only within that cycle.
10. Subscription coins do not carry over to the next cycle and expire automatically at the end of the relevant billing cycle.
11. Subscription coins are internal usage units provided as part of subscription benefits and do not constitute a separate prepaid balance or refund item.
12. Accordingly, subscription products do not generate a separate prepaid balance subject to refund.

2. One-time Coin Products

One-time coin products are prepaid products. Coins are reflected in the account immediately after payment and may be deducted when using paid service features.

3. Recurring Subscription Products

Subscription products are billed automatically on a monthly cycle and may include both access rights and subscription coins for each cycle.

4. Subscription Billing Standards

1. For paid subscriptions, access rights are granted from the moment the first payment is approved.
2. The Company may automatically charge the next billing cycle using the registered payment method or billing key.
3. Subscription coins may be used only within the relevant billing cycle, and unused amounts expire at the end of that cycle.
4. Subscription cancellation generally stops the next billing cycle, while access already granted for the current cycle may remain active until the end of the period.
5. If a refund is required upon cancellation, the refundable amount is determined based on applicable laws, payment provider terms, and the Refund Policy, using days used or billing cycles rather than remaining coin quantity alone.
6. Plan changes may take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle depending on the Company's billing policy and technical structure.

5. Payment Methods

The Company currently supports or may support the following payment methods or providers:

1. KakaoPay
2. Toss Payments
3. Other methods separately announced by the Company

6. STUDIO Plan Information

1. The STUDIO plan may be priced by individual quotation depending on use case, team size, provided features, usage volume, and support scope.
2. For the STUDIO plan, pricing, billing cycle, refund conditions, and cancellation terms may differ according to a separate proposal, agreement, or purchase order.

7. Price Changes

1. The Company may change prices based on market conditions, feature changes, cost changes, and operational policy adjustments.
2. If a price change is unfavorable to existing paid subscribers, the Company will notify them in advance and process it in accordance with applicable law or service policy.
